Besharam Ranbir Kapoor's 2013 Is A Big Flop

Unfortunately, after giving back to back unexpected big HITS, Ranbir Kapoor has to taste the failure in the form of BESHARAM. The film created buzz after Ranbir Kapoor's previous blockbuster Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani because now the audience have strong faith in Ranbir. But the promos and the songs of Besharam were average since day one.

Despite of low buzz due to negative response of the trailer and music, Besharam still opened well on Wednesday ( Holiday ) and collected 21 crore which proves the stardom ofRanbir Kapoor. If the promos would have been good, Besharam should have crossed 25 crore mark on the opening day. But the film received negative response from both the critics and the audiences and because of this response, the film started falling badlyfrom the very next day. After collecting a huge 21 crore on day 1, Besharam managed to collect just 7 crore on day 2. The daily breakdown of first five days extended weekend is:
