Krrish 3 First Day Box Office Collections

FTN : The day has arrived, the most loved Super Hero of India has hit the silver screen with a bang. Released on 4100 screens, Krrish 3 has opened with an earth shattering response at the Box Office.

The morning shows were almost houseful all across the country. Multiplexes witnessed around 90% occupancy and Single screens were almost 100% at many places. Overall, a power packed opening for Krrish 3.

But, as today is a working day ( Friday ), so afternoon shows will witness drops and it will quite interesting to see what happens with evening and night shows as this is a pre-diwali period and we are just a day away from Diwali so people will be busy preparing for the festivities.

Overall, a healthy opening day is expected. High chances of beating the opening day record of Dabangg 2 ( 21 Crore ) but touching 30 crore looks quite difficult for Krrish 3. I believe the first day Box Office Net collections of Krrish 3 will be around 22-25 Crore.

So far, the critics response is mixed to good. However, it is too early to say something about the public response.

UPDATE: Krrish 3 has collected 25 crore including all the dubbed versions ( Official Figures ). Krrish 3 has beaten the non holiday opening day record of Dabangg 2.
